David's passion for the environment is motivation to make sure each project is delivered on-time and on-budget.David's main goal is to ensure everyone involved is focused on delivering a quality product and experience.

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

As Senior Software Developer, Balwinder has responsibility for the overseeing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Parachute. As well as supporting development in line with the Parachute vision, he leads collaborative challenges with team to spark new ideas and encourage co-creation. Balwinder brings 13+ years of experience in technology sector on various roles.

Elvin co-founded Parachute Software in 2005, utilizing his extensive knowledge in software development and technology implementations. His main focus is to continuously improve all Parachute platforms through using the latest and best industry practices.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Elson is a CFA with over 15 years of finance experience with some of Canada's largest banks.  Elson's passion for small business and the environment allows Parachute to benefit from his unique background and talent.
